MEET TRACY RUPP
Welcome! I am Tracy Rupp, a certified Massage Therapist specializing in the care and recover of athletes. I have served clients in a premier Chiropractic office in the Indianapolis area, a local sports and tennis club, and in a local retail massage studio. I strongly believe in the healing and recovery power of therapeutic massage, particularly for athletes and those recovering from injuries. In order to deliver the individualized and beneficial care I am passionate about, I created my private practice, RuppMassage to serve clients in the greater Indianapolis area.
As an avid cyclist, I understand pain and the need for health partners who can contribute to muscle recovery better body performance. I provide therapeutic massage for some of the best area athletes, including Colts players, Indy car drivers, & professional cyclists. My passion for recovery massage takes on many different forms. As such, I continue to grow the services and resources offered at RuppMassage. I am committed to providing the best therapeutic and recovery massage results to a variety of athletes and those with active lifestyles.
I serve clients ranging from age 13 to 90 years old — all seeking the best possible massage therapies to relieve stress and recover from acute injuries. High school tennis players, body builders, decathletes, cross-fitters, pros, amateurs, and those who seek pain relief from any number of ailments or injuries depend on me to decrease and eliminate issues, and help prevent future problems.
I received my degree from Indiana College of Sports & Medical Massage (ICSMM) in Carmel, IN. I am certified by the State of Indiana and a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
